Why Isn't My Campaign Running?

Before contacting our team for support, please follow these steps to troubleshoot. The steps are fast to check and will resolve the most common issues.

Invitation Campaigns

  • Check that your search URL doesn't need updating. You can check this by visiting the "Home" tab of your dashboard. Any actionable notifications will be visible here.
  • Please check that you have clicked 'start' on your campaign.
  • This campaign will run only once every 24 hours. This is to make the behaviour as natural as possible.
  • LinkedProspect will skip profiles that you're already connected with. Check your search URL to see whether you have selected 2nd & 3rd connections only.
  • Please check that your LinkedIn message settings are set to "Click To Send" and not "Enter To Send".

Auto-Responder Campaigns

  • Please note that Auto-Responder campaigns can take up to 24 hours to start. This is because our tool has to scan your profile for any new connections.
  • If you have had no new connections, the Auto-Responder campaign will not send any messages.
  • Please check that you have clicked 'start' on your campaign.
  • Please check that your LinkedIn message settings are set to "Click To Send" and not "Enter To Send".

Bulk Message Campaigns

  • Check that your search URL doesn't need updating. You can check this by visiting the "Home" tab of your dashboard. Any actionable notifications will be visible here.
  • Please check that you have clicked 'start' on your campaign.
  • This campaign will run only once every 24 hours. This is to make the behaviour as natural as possible.
  • The Bulk Message campaign is for 1st connections only. Check your search URL to see whether you have selected 1st connections only.
  • Please check that your LinkedIn message settings are set to "Click To Send" and not "Enter To Send".
